Responsible Gaming at gt999

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At gt999, we believe that gambling should be a fun, recreational activity enjoyed within your personal means and time limits. We are fully committed to supporting responsible gaming across our entire platform — from cricket betting to live casino, slots, and crash games.

gt999 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on our platform. We ask every player to gamble only with money they can afford to lose, and to treat it as entertainment — never as a source of income.

Understanding Problem Gambling

Problem gambling is a condition where a person struggles to control their gambling habits, even when it causes financial, emotional, or social harm. It can affect anyone regardless of age, background, or income level. Recognizing the early signs is the most important step toward recovery.

At gt999, we take problem gambling seriously. Our platform is designed with built-in safeguards, and our team is trained to identify players who may need support. We encourage every player to assess their own behavior regularly and honestly.

Warning Signs to Watch For

• Spending more money or time gambling than you originally intended
• Borrowing money or selling personal items to fund gambling sessions
• Chasing losses — continuing to bet in an attempt to recover what was lost
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
• Hiding gambling activity from family or friends

If any of the above sounds familiar, please reach out to our support team or consider activating one of our self-management tools. Seeking help early is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Deposit Limits — Stay in Control

gt999 allows every registered player to set personal deposit limits on their account. These limits help you manage the total amount you put into your account over a defined period, making it easier to stick to a gaming budget without relying solely on willpower.

Players using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay for deposits are encouraged to use this tool to align their gaming spending with their monthly income and household budget. Limits can be adjusted at any time; however, requests to increase a limit take 24 hours to process as a safety cooldown period.

• Daily deposit limit — resets every 24 hours from the time it is set
• Weekly deposit limit — covers a rolling 7-day window
• Monthly deposit limit — ideal for aligning with salary or income cycles

Time-Out Features — Take a Break

Sometimes you just need a short pause. gt999's time-out feature lets you temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — whether that is 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits, giving you genuine space away from the platform without permanently closing your account.

Time-outs are most effective when combined with reflection. We encourage players who activate this feature to use the break to evaluate their gambling habits honestly, speak with trusted friends or family, and return to gaming only when they feel confident they can maintain control.

Self-Exclusion — A Longer Commitment

For players who believe their gambling has become a serious concern, gt999 offers a self-exclusion program. Self-exclusion is a voluntary agreement in which you request that gt999 block your access to the platform for an extended period. This is a stronger commitment than a time-out and is designed for players who recognize they need a firm boundary.

During self-exclusion, gt999 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account. To apply for self-exclusion or to discuss your options, contact our support team. Available self-exclusion periods include:

• 6 months — a meaningful break for players dealing with moderate concerns
• 1 year — a serious commitment for those addressing long-standing habits
• Permanent exclusion — for players who wish to close their account indefinitely

Protecting Minors

gt999 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from registering or participating in any form of gambling on our platform. During the account registration process, we verify user age and identity as part of our KYC procedure. We will suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to an underage user.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your household may have accessed an online gambling platform, we strongly recommend installing parental control software on shared devices and ensuring your account credentials are never shared. Contact our support team if you have any concerns about underage access.
